I seem to remember something about only 30 seconds of the song being needed for it to count, but I wasn't sure. She's still doing really well in the major markets, especially Germany, where she hasn't done so hot recently. I'm talkin' 'bout forever, baby. It is but i'm pretty sure a majority of the country didn't know Kelly Clarkson was still making music and had an album (see iTunes album chart for proof). Gaga will stay top 10 for atleast another day, a decline is expected. As long as the decline isn't a fast fast drop we are okay for Billboard and recognition.
