It's probably a rights issue. Be happy, Adele and P!nk don't even have HQ videos of their performances anywhere. ABC's HQ posting of Gaga's went viral and there are dozens of HD vids on YT. Idk if anyone noticed, Gaga's Facebook has a promoted post saying to celebrate Gaga's tribute by buying Cheek to Cheek for 5.99 on iTunes. Probably explains some of the surge.
