It's being used ironically, like when they sing Singing In The Rain during the rape scene in Clockwork Orange. They do this all the time in films. You never noticed how often films use the exact opposite of the music that would normally fit with the tone of the scene in order to heighten the tone? I'm sure there is a name for this, I just don't know what it is. Their rendition of Cheek To Cheek fits nicely with the behind the scenes of a rave. The music reminds the viewer that underneath the dreadlocks and house music she is just an old school show girl putting on the ritz. This was great video, you can tell a lot of effort went into it.
