The name of the tour always have this "The xxx Ball Tour" And everyone suppose to dress up for attending a >> Ball << so... I don't think the tour name was chosen just like that without a purpose. And of course some standard Gaga-esque accessories, hand made. I like the idea of the neon theme! :) That should hopefully make you stand out from the crowd! I was reading about people traveling to MB last year from my country and there was some stylist among them, so he made everyone's hair look weird...
