Plus we know Christianity is one of the most corrupted religion with a lot of lost scriptures therefore it's quite tough to know what is accurate or not, what is fiction, historical or else... One could also argue that 126 texts isn't so much and that those texts could have been modified. It would be like saying, I went to the forest of all Europe and I couldn't find one single dinosaur so they must not exist and are fictionnal... On another note as others said that Jesus existed or not I don't think it will change a Christian mind, if you want to believe you will and we can see that religion keep being renewed with "new prophet" appearing to give more "words of god" now and then so if it's not Jesus another will come to be the son of God or something else... In these texts I think it's very important to not read thinsg literally anyway and try to get the core message.
