Thus, people will always find something to have faith in so as to feel purposeful and morally in check. Just take a look at atheist monsters. They're atheist but Gaga makes them feel like they have a purpose. Their Bible are her albums. I best be going to sleep because it just feels I'm rambling but seriously, atheists need to stop acting so smug and think that without religion, the world would be a better place. It would be about the same as it is today or worse because more people will be fighting over who has the right morals and who are the better people because since religion is nonexistent, there needs to be purpose or else humans would grow psychologically unstable and become extinct. You can find purpose in anything, but my adherence to self and simple good will is less likely to lead to wars than actual organized religion has been able to take claim of. Religion does more than cause a person to feel like they have purpose, it literally gives them a guideline on how to live their life and to go and convert. People's morals and sense of self worth would all come from within, of their own choosing, not in some mass hysteria cult that offers eternal damnation as consequence. And this isn't just a "gay marriage rant" which is what is religious people typically b---h about when they're being called out. Religion has molded laws in almost every form of government since the dawn of time. It is pervasive, it is currently inescapable. It's even on our damn currency. There are plenty of other religions which mention a special human prophets/deities. I want to hear his research on them.
