However I still haven't gotten my booklet sadly Yes, he's still pressed about them sending you an extra CD and you saying you would give it out to a fan who didn't have one. spicemuncher 1,648 Posted November 24, 2014 Share Posted November 24, 2014 Even the largest corporations, when they're expecting hundreds of emails, use a free email provider for this sort of thing so it doesn't affect their daily business + giving proper contact @interscope.com will be spread all over the web and be spammed big time. Just look at job ads requesting a CV, most of them use a gmail. Yes, it is annoying, but just be a little patient. I think the rest will start shipping by the 26th, when Gaga is back on the States. They probably thought shipping them back there and distributing them will take more time than taking them physically on board while leaving back. We have a lot to look forward to in the next couple of days, so try to forget about this temporarily! ArtRAVE stream tonight, H&M ad tomorrow and the View the day after! I emailed them some weeks ago politely thank you very much.Received no response.Emailed politely again, mentioning that I may have to make a PayPal claim.They responded with a lie that interscope sent out the CDs.I have every right now to be annoyed.It doesn't take from September to now to send out 2,000 CDs.The booklet I am not expecting until next year.Other people may choose not to be bothered by it, but I don't like being fobbed off and lied to.When you order an item I would expect to get it.If there was a problem sending out CDs I would expect some good customer service keeping me up to date.People aren't getting CDs with signed booklets are they?
