They have a fantastic reputation and can be trusted. They do promotions like this every now and again - just usually not for artists as big as Gaga. Add 1000 copies to your cart and try to check out, at that point it won't allow you to go further without prompting you that only X amount are in fact available to purchase; that number would be the amount still in stock.
