Thats what happens when you make a phone out of aluminium that is razor thin, People want thin phones and literally something you can't avoid until apple either decides to use a different material or a different form factor. The bending of metal can not be avoided unless the phone was ticker and most people don't want a thick phone, they want something that is rather than because it is appealing. Only 9 phones were reported to Apple as "bent", so it's a shame that these companies are wasting their marketing funds on a non-issue! Thats what happens when your at the top of the game. People/ companies attempt to shoot you down and make it look worse than what it is in an attempt to win sales. In all honestly it makes companies like samsung appear desperate and childish. I mean I am in no way Apple's biggest fan, but I'm pretty sure most of the plastics in some of those other phones would just snap rather than bend... People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
