Definitely not lol, unless the next album is going to be full of "Applause" rehashes

Songs about the media bashing her and her fans rejoicing and still loving and supporting her on her world tour?

More like an album of DWUW (which I'm fine with)

Prometheus

Wish I could do it. When I lay in bed the only sound I hear is the annoying dog of my neighbors.

:rip:

Herself:

Now I lay me down to sleep,

I pray The Fame my soul to keep.

If I should die before I wake,

I pray ARTPOP my soul to take.

FFS cal :rip:

oh funkymonkey, the word is "lie" not "lay". it's also wrong in "s-x dreams"! it's a different verb. to lay means to put things down.

Lay is the past tense of lie, as in lying down. Gaga always uses it wrongly (and this instance is no exception), but the sentence "I lay in bed" does make sense.

I love judas SO MUCH but I canʹt look like a copycat of JLO!!!!

oh i wasn't saying that sentence without context doesn't make sense. it only makes sense if the sentence is in past tense, indeed, and this one which i pulled "i lay in bed" from isn't.

funny, i was thinking the exact same thing.

This tweet feels like such a relief. It's been so long since Gaga had spoken about writing new music and now finally she's getting her spark back. Can't wait to see what she has in store.

Yeah. Her "lie/lay" confusion has always been so irritating because for some reason she uses it ALL THE TIME. I guess for most people they won't see the big deal, but for grammar nazis like us, it's just painful haha.
