I think she's learned from ARTPOP that she really needs to up her game, and I believe she will.

i think the next album will take a while... and i hope it is for the better. Honestly i don't want gaga to become this pop star that produces mediocre albums for sales. I think she is in a major evolution in finding the genre she wants to move forward with (and i don't think its pop anymore). she's really out grown the pop scene and i think she will move into some uncharted territory soon.. less edm... les pop.. maybe more dance... more rock WHO KNOWS?. i think for the next one she's going to find what fits her best, that will take some time, but i think she wants the authenticity and quality of the next one to be 110% (not like she docent do that already, but you know what i mean)

i personally think the more she waits the more its hurting her tbh.
blackouts aren't good for her career imo!
i know she needs to take time for the album, but didnt she wrote TFM and BTW in lesser time than ARTPOP? and they're both beter albums so maybe too much time isnt a good thing!

She takes time working on her albums, to make sure it's perfect. All of her albums were made over a Year and a half/2 year period. Obviously, its not her fault she broke her hip but, ARTPOP was originally meant to be released early 2013. She had been working on it for a year and a half and it was basically ready to be released. When she had to get her hip surgery and she was told to rest for 6 months..... She had nothing to do, so she continued to work on ARTPOP (writing more songs, finishing some songs, changing some songs) She changed her mind a lot during them 6 months. She was swapping songs for the final track list, ARTPOP was changed. She said that she already stared working on a new album, she needs to take time her time but not too much time.

She's learned that promotion is needed, how to promote each single...... She needs to up her game in promotion & get a good team behind her that will put her career, back where it belongs, ON TOP.
