Sorry not sorry but I would love her to be dark again. I think it suits her the best, I love the feeling of sadness, anger and fierceness that came out of the TFM era (performances, music videos, fashion). Artists are good and interesting when they hit the bottom imo. ARTPOP was not that interesting because she had nothing to talk about in her lyrics (except Aura, the rest of the album is soulless and let's not talk about the performances/videos) plus most of the productions were a huge meh for me (except X Dreams, Aura, JnD).

I feel the same way. If GaGa worked with Max Martin or Dr. Luke it would be far from generic. And maybe she could smash and give the backseat to all these other pop divas. But, I don't want them to take control over the entire album!

i think she's gonna go to the rock side tbh, with this sort of punky fashion we're seeing lately.

I few days ago I posted a thread about how Gaga's next album will probably be a rock album. I based my opnion based on what she had been saying to her fans and on interviews. But with Gaga constantly covering rock songs on the artrave recently, I think it is safe to say that Gaga is definitely hinting at a rock album, or at the very least, some rock songs.

I would love a pop/rock album tbh, or power rock ballads for the next era!!!
