1. ARTPOP was finished in October 2013. It is January 2015. Its been fifteen months. You honestly think Gaga has only written the beginning of a new project? Come on...

10 reasons that you say, but not in reality. please stop making these threads. the new album is obviously coming in 2016. the monster4life is just a song dedicated to her fans that she has already sung at sxsw.

 

Also, she never mentioned new music on the howard interview.. she just said she's taking the year to promote cheek to cheek and the tour...

I'm still not expecting an album until 2016. Gaga is not a machine.

It's better to be realistic and open for the fact that it might come in 2016. That way you won't get so disappointed if it doesn't get released during 2015.

I just hope that she doesn't start talking about the album too early like she did with ARTPOP.

Oh and one more thing..  big break after an underperformance is not cute.

 

See Christina Aguilera.

 

Then see Rihanna. She released  Love the way you lie with Eminem and LOUD out of nowhere right after RR underperformed.  And she got back on track.

 

Christina waited too long after Bionic, thinking that she is reparing her brand / "taking her time" and look what happened.

Similar with Gaga.  after BTW she  "took her time" because of the overexposure, she mastered ARTPOP probably 12041280 times and the expectations grew too much..... 

this so much the worse thing in waiting too long for release are the expectations that people will build and in any case u wont be able to fulfill them all and the longer u wait the bigger and extraordinary they will get

 

that's why Beyonce slayed no one had expectations what would be and Beyonce just shoved 15 new tracks in there troats out of nowhere

 

same with Taylor SIO was total out of the blue in Aug and it slayed

I think we'll get new music this year but it could be just one or two singles in the second half of 2015 then the release of the album early in 2016 (bad idea to release an album in December)...

It's going to be a long absence on radio (last thing we had was DWUW more than a year ago...)

That's the new thing nowadays, artists understood it's a good thing to keep everything secret...

Look at Adele, Taylor, Rihanna, Beyoncé, even Madonna (before the leak).

 

The problem with ARTPOP was that we knew far too much about it... We knew more than the half of the album  two months before the release date because of Itunes Festival (bad thing to me)

 

I hope she'll reveal only one or two singles before the album release (no more). I just want to be surprised !

I can't wait to hear what she does next and I hope it's very alien.

I wish it could be 2015, but I'm expecting a 2016/2017 release. I don't think anything is coming soon.
