It probably has no chance. The sonics of this album just blow me away. The soundscape just takes me somewhere. You have to be in a certain mood to listen to it. It's an indie band, The War On Drugs, "Lost in The Dream." When I read this review on it, I bought the album straightaway, and it was love at first listen. It is a masterpiece to me. Cheek to Cheek for Best Pop Traditional album (praying) and the singles Anything Goes, I Can't Give You Anything But Love and maybe Nature Boy can get some nominees but not winning anyone :s AND I'M PRAYING SO HARD FOR THIS: Best Electronic/Dance Album: ARTPOP but not winning it (The Fame won) Best Pop Duo/Group: Do What U Want (please, anyway Beyonce and Jay Z will got this Grammy) Gypsy can get one nomination at Best Pop Solo Performance (Dance In The Dark got it) and G.U.Y can get for Best Music Video (theres no 'best short/long video categories anymore) Idk if Katy can win something :sss Dark horse winning Grammy? swine killer 0 Posted September 23, 2014 Share Posted September 23, 2014 Cheek to Cheek is quite impossible to be nominated for Album of the Year, it isn't influential enough, also Applause was released in August last year, if it deserves a Grammy it would have been nominated at this year's Grammys. Do What U Want however deserves a Best Collaboration, ARTPOP deserves Best Dance/Electronic album. Cheek to Cheek the jazz categories. I hope they don't snub her again, I've seen enough. I will move to another planet if Katy gets more nominations than Lady Gaga, they seriously do not value talent but fame/sales if they do that. I can see gaga being ignored again Don't worry. He will drag them It's going to be crap. I go in with a negative feeling and hope they redeem themselves with worthy nominations for album of the year, song of the year. I'm not talking about who wins, because usually someone worthy wins, with a few "what the"? But I don't want to see a bunch of unworthy albums and/or songs, et cetera, be "nominated" that don't deserve to be. Even being nominated for a Grammy is an honor.
