I am 98% sure that it is because of the lighting

This is not a regular catwalk we are talking about. It has a very specific form and it would be impossible to have a whole structure of lighting on it just on the air. In an arena there is a roof.

Like TMB catwalk, which was just a regular one and it was an eassy structure to build and have conected with the main stage without falling.

The BTWB was also diferent and it had the lighting on it, but this one is made of glass and you can walk under it so they can't just put lights on it.
