She would be sort of stating she doesn't care about what people think of her and all the mess that the ARTPOP era was. As for the music, she would also reflect carefree, by making music that's not so commercial (still pop of course) and not hyping it, something that makes us feel carefree ourselves when we hear it, and lets us know she's carefree for real this time around!
