htrllllsem 14
Don't call him ignorant, he didn't lie. All the same though, condolences to her loved ones. no it's not, that's like me saying Gaga only made songs for a living, and it's the way she said it. Shadow 6,425
Sad news, more evidence that an era is coming to an end. May she Rip. 🖤“It's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled” ― Mark Twain
Benji 20,113
Lol I'm not going to sit here and pretend like Joan was always a nice person when she was alive. She made a name for herself with her brand of comedy (one which focused the target of the joke on others and was VERY often seen as vulgar, inappropriate, and mean). That doesn't mean that I don't know what she stood for. When it comes down to it, I've always thought that even though her style of comedy may not be my cup of tea, she still promoted a message that I liked and could agree with, and that is learning to laugh about things and learning how to make others laugh, just so they can have a moment of happiness. That does NOT mean that Joan didn't frequently achieve this goal at another person's expense. Who is the ignorant one now, lol. Don't turn this into an argument, reported. This is NOT the time or the place for expressing opinions like this on the SAME DAY she just passed away... Let the woman have her day in compassion. This argument ends now. :classy: 🖤“It's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled” ― Mark Twain
