She is a comedian and part of her act is being somewhat of a b---h. Yup! Every comedian has a "persona" separate from their real self. Hell, every entertainer does. I like that here jokes are told privately (to an extent), on her TV shows and the like, rather than used as a tactic to destroy peoples careers. She simply mentions people and gets a few laughs. It's people like Perez I have issues with, pushing their hate out into the world for clicks and in the interest of ruining peoples lives. I quite like Joan and I think she's a lovely lady. But I am responding to your comment that said how some of the members here said more disgusting remarks than Joan has in her career.... And I am telling you Joan has said some DISGUSTING comments in her time, one of which being her latest comments on the Israel/Palestine conflict So don't try to make her out to be some angel.... She is a human with many dimensions to her. I agree she deserves to be respected during this crucial time and if is awful to wish death on anyone, But please don't try to sugarcoat the nasty comments she has made in the past either. No-one's absolving her of what she's done, but don't you think it would be for the best to just drop it for the time being? They're just words. They only have power if you let them. There is people who have done far worse to me and still I wouldn't wish death even on my worst enemy What Joan has done, So she said a few bad things? Although she may upset some of y'all with her jokes, you really can't wish death upon someone like that. On a side-note, I can't believe she's 81! I genuinely thought she was in her 60's.
