Go to your file explorer

Right click "This PC"

Click Proprieties and it should tell you what version of windows your currently have and you choose from there. So say you have a Pro version of Windows for instance, select Pro

Edit; It seems like it's the home version, so I'll just choose that

Go into the Settings app, and then click Change PC settings

Click PC and devices, and then tap or click PC info and you should see it

Oh and it's okay, I'm super bored rn and it's not a bother :party:

If I have Windows 7 Home Premium which one would I update to? 

EDIT: Nvm, I thought Home wasn't an option :rip: 

What is different about Pro though? Should I get that?

Then it literally just says "Something happened" and I can only click on close :neyde:

No you have to upgrade using Home for it to stay activated since you are running a Home version of windows 7. There is not really a big difference so nothing to worry about. Link

Close it and try running as Admin :rip:
