What a flop move , if they really want to have a joint OS they should give it to windows 7 users as well , which is like 50% of PCs or even more. Windows 7 and below felt like a desktop OS when 8 felt like a ported OS from a tablet or smartphone. Yea, but I mean minus the new start screen I actually like Windows 8 because it's actually really fast. Windows 9 looks promising because they are bring back all the features that we love in Windows 7 + add some really cool new ones. I just got 8.1 with my new pc and I thought i'd hate it from reviews but its ok with Classic shell, only thing i dont care for is the metro apps and no start menu. but 9 will take care of that! and FREE I read online spring 2015 possibly for a release date, and tomrrow is when they show the ones for programmers or something.
