If she loses her momentum and her fanbase, she will collapse and be like Nelly Furtado

I think she's already going in that direction unfortunately. No hate.

Hey guys don't get too bent out of shape .. Gaga isn't a one trick pony... I have a strong feeling she could do  a multitude of different genres of music. I honestly believe she was born to be a Mozart of this time period. Alot of what she has done may not be appreciated now but she is the type of musician like the greats in the past. .. too good for this generation too smart for the critics ..seriously i think she knows soo much more about music then at least half of her critics. Half the " so called critics no NOTHING of music history or  art or even what a g minor is lol they just want clicks to their website. so they go against the  "flow"  lol its embarrassing for them . and she prob will do many different types of music and sounds just so she can say to all the other favs.. go F urself lol .. ok  to .......... fill in the blank you try this !  we know she has done Jazz and has hit a home run.. its not simple .... she has done country a bit we all know she could do metal and certainly rap and R&B. I think the women can do most things and if she cant now she would challenge herself and learn how to do anything........ Thats why I LOVE GAGA

Yes.

Also, I'm loving the meltdowns though.  :teehee:

Imagine she said she was going to do a trance or a acid rock album? It'd be a great topic. :hor:

Awesome :legend: Whatever she wants and isn't commercially attractive is welcome for me, since it's most probable that it's something she is 100% passionate about and isn't going to be corrupted by a label/manager/...

Love the title too.

Hipstermus. Believe it or not making commerically music makes fun to some people and they are also passionate about it.

Anyway, the woman cleary wants to destroy her career.

tbh she already lost it

Meh, I canceled my C2C preorder... not here for this... I'm happy for her as a gaga fan but as a pop fan, I'm not supporting crappy music that has been dead for decades...

If that's what makes her happy, I'm ready for a third jazz record too!  :coffee:

Don't you think maybe they are the same thing? Love and attention?

That would be incredible!

My problem with this jazz is it's not new songs or renditions of her own but just pretty basic covers that she has so far over sung on. I like some jazz music but what we've heard for C2C so far is quite dull.

Oh I'll wait for her, there's still the rest of her discography and other music to enjoy + hold me over. I've tried my hardest to get into the swing jazz and Cheek to Cheek tbh. I'm still not gonna leave the fanbase over this Red, Hot & Blue project coming up.

It's cool if your not into jazz, I mean obviously not everyone is, I just don't get why it's the end of the world if jazz is what she's feeling musical right now. It saddens me that people would rather she make basic Top 40 just so they can go on forums to brag about her #1s. She sounds so lively on CTC that it's heartwarming and it's great to see how joyous she is about making the music. I agree people don't have to like what she's doing, but at least have respect for the artistry because it takes balls to do what she's doing, not to mention actual talent.

Ya'll will complain about whatever she does. You do realize, she writes her own ****ing music, so it's not like she can just bust out pop albums left and right. She's gotta make the music, develop a concept, and think up the visuals. This is a PERFECT way for her to give us music, and still have time to create the next album.

If you want album after album, go stan for someone who has everything written for them. Cause Gaga is a creative genius. She'll produce great work, you just need to have some ****ing patience :whitney:

The crappy music is the commercial pop trash you listen to :ohwell:

YES! Following up an album of covers with a jazz album of original content would be amazing.

I just watched Saturday Night Live again for the first time in a while, and I actually wonder what it'd be like if she "jazzified" some of her pop songs. I really liked what they did with Applause on SNL. And of course some original jazz songs would be awesome too if it happened. :)
