Hair, despite it was a promo single. This would still slay so hard. Because it's as 'basic" as Katy Perry songs now.. which are actually even more basic. 

Hair was adored when it was debuted & fit with her image at the time

Not much of a fan, but by virtue of its opening line and its overall playful lyrics comparable to LoveGame, I'd place it as my 4th choice after the three songs I've mentioned.
