drbumblenut 48
Yaaaaaas! She was born for this. Think the raw attitude of MANiCURE and You and I. Maybe we'll see that rumoured Whitesnake collaboration! I was wondering about that a couple of months ago too, and it TURNS OUT, MANiCURE *is* the collaboration. Doug Aldrich is listed as the guitarist in the liner notes.

Anderson123 38,218
We'll see Gaga, we'll see. If it ever happens, please tell us when the music has been approved and is getting released for real.
XoXoJoanneGaga 629
1. Don't expect a rock album. It will 100% be pop. It might just have influences from classic rock. I can't believe some people are delusional enough to think she will release a classic rock album. 2. Who called TEOG a disaster needs to be slapped and shipped off to a remote island to spend the rest of their days in isolation. 3. This is the best thing she could do, this is her forte and will remain iconic not trashy EDM (no matter how good that may be).

drbumblenut 48
It is? Oh ... I see. Well I want MOAR! Omg Also. MOAR, right?! There has to be more of that hot roddin, beer-swillin, half-motorcycle Gaga left over. I feel like she's been letting it build it up the past two years. When she goes full rock hooker, it's like she's retroactively giving those 1980's background video babes babes a voice and swagger they never had. And since I'm giving ZZ Top more promo today than they've had since 1990, Gaga could totally mesh her futuristic ideals with classic rock: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z_4ULKpkLNc The WALK sign with hooker legs though But it's still all about "Sharp Dressed Man" and "Gimme All Your Lovin" (ZZ Top) Edited August 9, 2014 by drbumblenut

mic 1,415
Don't you think that it would feel as step backward to BTW? I mean it will most probably be pop with rock influences. I hope for something fresh

She described BTW as a 'Pop Rock Electro Opera' and that's what it is. Now that she's working on a only-jazz album, she maybe feels more free aboout expanding her music to new directions. BadKid58 17
I hope this is true. One of the reasons I fell in love with her is because she's a rock star that happens to make pop music.
