(Demo) Leaked on: (Partially) Differences to final: Slay is replaced with hey, new vocals and more. Only the acapella has ever been heard, since it was featured in a mashup. Confirmed: Yes, and the full stems are circulating Mary Jane Holland (Demo) Leaked on: Differences to final: Completely new vocals, different lyrics, shorter than the final, has new intro and outro + many more distinct changes. Confirmed: Yes Applause (Demo) Leaked on: August 12, 2013 Differences to final: Some parts are sung differently, echoes are different in places, vocals are missing from the bridge and there are some instrumental changes. Confirmed: Real, yes, but as a demo, no. Some say it's just an alternate version Applause (Concept Demos) W.I.P. UNCONFIRMED: MANiCURE (Demo) Leaked on: October 6, 2013 Differences to final: Although this leak is in very low quality, "feel" is sung in a higher pitch. This might be a fake, but since this leaked before the final version was heard, it's very unlikely to be faked. Confirmed: No Swine (Demo) Leaked on: 23 October, 2013 Differences to final: New, longer intro, more/different backing vocals and a different master Confirmed: Some say it's a real demo while others say it's simply a stems remix I'm surprised the Fashion! demo hasn't leaked in full yet, since the stems are circulating and it's the only available ARTPOP demo rn. Fashion! demo stems are not in circulation [Confirmed]. Swine demo is not a demo, it's just a remix [Confirmed]. The applause version (not concept) that leaked was just an alternative; it's unmastered + some small vocal differences (like the wetness of some BGV) [Confirmed]. MANiCURE demo is fake. The one that "leaked" was Gaga playing the song from her car and fans recorded it (citation to anyone who can find the video, please link) [Confirmed]. In Fashion!, they do say Hey! twice and then Slay! (lyrics booklet used for citation). First LQ then a few hours later iHeartRadio posted it watermarked in the end and beginning, but we eventually got it without the watermark.
