Check out these two articles that say that genetic can affect a person's homos-xual behaviors. So the religious people should get updated on science and stop condemning the gays, like they condemned Galileo's theory of the Earth rotating around the Sun.

Very interesting. Unfortunately, there are still a lot of religious people who don't believe in evolution even though there's been 150 years worth of conclusive evidence. These people often don't listen to science.

I made some really interesting observations about this. It's possible, you could be born like that or you could catch it on while you're growing up based on social and environmental factors. Let's say, you're raised with your father and your brother; you'll be enduced to manly activity, etc. If you're raised with your mother and your sister, you'll be introduced to feminine activity and it could have a deep affect on you.

Son: Daddy, Daddy, what does gay means?

Father: Gay means happy, my child.

Son: So, are you gay, Daddy?

Father: No, my child. Daddy is straight and married to a woman.

True.

It says that the genes don't make people gay - they just make them prone to becoming homos-xual.

I believe it's A LOT about upbringing.

Cool.

A gay gene. Just like the werewolf curse gene on the vampire diaries.

Except for me it's a blessing and not a curse :3

Quote from article:

Gay men were divided: The finding vindicated the oft-repeated claims that “I was BORN THIS WAY†but also opened frightening new possibilities for detection and discrimination.

It's what builds you up (social and environmental factors) so it's majorly possible that my theory could be the explanation of the genes and the other ones.

I've noticed that those born gay (if thats a good way to word it) are the more feminine ones.

However, the ones not born gay, and become gay by being raised by woman, or being exposed to womanly activity, are not very feminine.

I wonder how long religious persons and small 'c' conservatives will go on to call homos-xuality a lifestyle and choice. I hope this takes us one step closer to understanding the intrinsic nature of s-xuality and one step closer to equality.

If it's a gene then they could target it with gene therapy and genetic engineering... no?

This kind of states what ive always believed...

I always though genes played a role on a persons s-xuality. A lot of evidence points to it. And it is an inborn desire

At the same time our mind is a big factor in s-xuality so it makes perfect sense that environment can have an impact also

In other words, no single factor alone determins ur s-xuality, its too complex to be determined by 1 thing and 1 thing alone

Do realize that your opinion has no supporting evidence and has no basis in truth.
