GUY was at least Top 100 and Gaga was coming off of a 8 month break between videos and absolutely no hits. PRISM era had 2 hits but it's obvious people are starting to be over her. Birthday is the proof payola and radio support can't make people like everything she does. Birthday was a f*cking generic song made for radios. I really thought it could have smashed in charts as well. But it didn't... I think people are getting tired of being flooded by Katy's songs on radios..; I think that's exactly what happened with Gaga during BTW era.
