You seem very critical out of proportion here. The song duration is perfect as it is only havevshort lyrics. Unless you wanna hear the same verses for over and over to fill up the space so it get into 4 minutes marks or so. I certainly won't. And she maybe drunk and that could be intentional. The song were about how in modern life anything goes. While in the past, people seems to restrict themselves more and more cautious about things.
