Ambrosia 3,775
I don't try to figure out someone's s-xual persuasion since I am often surprised anyway in TV land. If any of you are right, well good for you. I am more keen on who is the next dead person............. Oh dear. It doesn't matter; they'll just find some more cool people right around the corner who are running and screaming for their lives as well. I kind of want Rick to die. I KNOW it's not going to happen because he's such a leader figure, but I'd love to see them pull a Game of Thrones and show that no one is safe NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I repeat, NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love Rick and Daryl. I couldn't bear it. The preacher is extremely expendable though - as is Eugene. It's interesting that this season they have shown weaknesses of people and others dying as a direct result. For instance, Bob had a weakness for alcohol and by subsequently trying to get a bottle, that guy that Beth was semi-dating died. Father Gabriel was too scared to open the church does and let his own congregation in for safety, AND he was too scared to kill a walker that he happened to know personally, which indirectly resulted in Bob getting bitten. Furthermore, Eugene's weakness was that he was scared of being alone, useless, and that he would be left for dead if people didn't think he was a scientist, so people (Can't remember the names they listed), but several folks died trying to get him to D.C. But again, I read way too much into this show. Do not do to others what angers you if done to you by others. -Socrates

ryhanna 3,507
That is exactly what I was thinking! But I'm not sure if the writers want to go that road because of his popularity. And I had NO clue that he doesn't exist in the comics We will be witnesses of a new world with incredible genes! Nope, Daryl's not a comic character. He was actually meant to be killed off in the first season, but he quickly became a favourite so they kept him around. Sasha, Beth and Tara didn't exist either. :) I think Rick will die eventually. Maybe not until the end, but I really think the ONLY person who is truly safe is Carl. Carl will be the last man standing.

I'm on a walking dead forum where people post GREAT a--lysations of the show/comic and the characters. There's so many theories and such brilliant insight into the characters. You can never read too much into it!

But again, I read way too much into this show. I agree with Batmans Hooker, that's a great observation Carl's weakness is to try to see the good in everyone and try to help. That's actually an amazing character trait, but in a world full of (selfish) survival that can be dangerous. Maybe he will be the reason one of the main characters will die? Can't wait for the last few episodes until the break :excited2:

I'm on a walking dead forum where people post GREAT a--lysations of the show/comic and the characters. There's so many theories and such brilliant insight into the characters. You can never read too much into it! I was wondering if you could tell me which forum you speak of? I don't think I'd post, but I'd love to read what they are saying / keep in touch with the fans - especially during breaks or between seasons. However, I've never read comics and don't plan on starting now, so I'm wary of spoilers. Although, if the show has deviated from the comics, then it's anybody's guess and spoilers may not matter as much, like for example, in Game of Thrones. This is where the interest is for me. I am not familiar with the comics and I wouldn't dare look it up now since I prefer to be surprised. The question now that Eugene is a fake, is there hope for the living? The vision of a cure seems to be off the shelf now at least with this group. I think Canada needs to come up with a solution. Did you hear they are going to make another show, they aren't calling it a "spin-off" but.... anyway, it's set in another place to show what's happening elsewhere, other than Georgia. I've wondered about this - I'd like to see what's happening in a foreign country or something, or at least another state far away like California or New York. I just hope they don't do a CSI effect type of thing. Omg, The Walking Dead: Ohio. The Walking Dead: Illinois. The Walking Dead: The Caribbean. This cure thing got me thinking about Abraham. He is such a tortured soul. Literally and metaphorically, he has blood on his hands and wounds that won't heal. I think he may be "clinging on" even more than Eugene in a sense. He wanted atonement for what happened to his wife and kids. Remember he was beside them when he was ready to die then Eugene came along. I think he thought he could do good and right by his family taking Eugene to D.C. to help "save the world". Now that that won't seem to happen, what is to become of Abraham? Do not do to others what angers you if done to you by others. -Socrates

I look at people sideways when I'm in the elevator these days.... :haha: I think Abraham might turn nasty.......nothing to lose. One can't be too careful these days. I know when my back is turned and I hear something outside, I quickly turn to look. Elevator would be a bad place, enclosed area. Better have your crossbow handy in your back pocket.
