Given that the case was settled out of court, it's very likely that what will be said is at least "true" as far as slander is concerned. But don't lawsuits settled out of court often contain clauses in the settlement about keeping quiet about the issues the plaintiff was suing over? I thought that was the main point of settling out of court in high profile cases. Oh well.
