Make it private and if they say yes, celebrate with family later. True, hadn't thought of that. I still like the proposal idea, but he should proposed to him first and gotten his approval and then gone to Gaga. For that reason alone I'd feel uncomfortable letting this go ahead if I was on her team - wouldn't want to create a bad situation for that guy.
