There are many organizations and companies trying to find a cure. To say they aren't making one cause there's no money in it is ignorant. It's affected tens of thousands, and killed thousands. This italian article http://www.wired.it/scienza/medicina/2014/10/07/ebola-come-si-trasmette-virus/ says that the virus in the sweat is irrelevant and not enough to infect people.
