She's defending her credibility against an idiotic madonna stan who tries to discredit gaga knowing full well her crowd was huge. This is not about Madonna. It's about people who constantly try to erase Gaga's achievements and spread lies about her with the sole purpose of destroying her career. That's pathetic. As a Madonna stan u shouldn't be here defending your fave, instead you should be over there at Madonna forums telling your stan friends to stop being such immature jerks, because it makes Madonna look bad. It just proves how immature YOU are. It's a simple tweet though, getting worked up either way is unnecessary. If the latter paragraph is aimed at me, Madonna isn't even my fave and I'm not even defending her, a lot of gaga fans are just very easily annoyed at Madonna's undeniable successes and her position in the pop-industry. It's unfortunate that they've been pitted against each other (madonna and gaga) as they're both very good all round performers and artists, but it's clear who will come out on top, in hindsight. Just because she retweeted a poster of Promote Online Kindness and started a hashtag doesn't mean she is a martyr. She's put up with a lot. I have never seen any other artist who is as kind, peaceful and nice as she is, there's a point when a person can not handle anymore bulls**t. She's one of the most (or even the most) criticized pop-stars nowadays, she can be as nice as she wants but she is still gonna get criticized for it, and it's becoming PATHETIC how everybody tries to drag her down. IT IS NOT A COMPETITION, learn to appreciate what this artist has brought to you: music, entertainment and LGBT visibility. And of course you are entitled to your own opinion, but maybe if you'd tone that scepticism down, it might be of any worth. Sorry for the mild off-topic but I thought it was necessary as some people are sudden festival a--lysts (and Madonna stans it seems) and totally capable of emitting a psychological diagnosis of Lady Gaga's work/ethics. Anything she says can and will be used against her, can't you see that? It's not going to do anything to help her nor win over the haters. It was unnecessary period. Before people saying that I don't support her standing up for herself, there's many ways to do so instead of tweeting a hate blog to fact check. They really don't give a **** anyway.
