Is Artrave a budget tour?

Do you think after the excess of MB and BTWB the team went with a simpler less costly stage? Do you like the simplicity of the Artrave stage? Less platforms, moving parts, etc. I found it allowed the show to flow faster without having to wait for lengthy stage alterations(MB was really bad for that). I really enjoyed the quick pace of the Artrave and it felt more professional than past shows. It did feel a bit more traditional though.

I guess they went simple because it kind goes along with ARTPOP's cleaner image

If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.

It does seem a lot cheaper than her previous tours. I don't have a problem with that though. The stage looks really pretty to me but the white castle thing seems useless though

I think if she were to go crazy theatrical for each tour, it wouldn't keep it "fresh". She needs to switch it up sometimes.

im pretty sure the runways costed a lot for a 80-dates arena tour and thats why theres not props.

LORD GAGA

It would surprise you how much the likes of the ARTRAVE stage would cost plus its transport lol

The only expensive things about this tour are the runways and lights. Other than that, the tour is pretty normal.

It's not a budget tour by any means, but it is certainly more of a conventional 'pop tour' than we're used to seeing from Gaga. Both TMB and the BTWB had running themes/storylines, lots of props and were generally much longer. It seems Gaga is less creatively invested in this tour than she's been in the past?
