Israel could have this amount of deaths too if it wouldn't have the Iron Dome, Israel is also being attacked all the time. Not all of them are bombings. NO ISRAELI SOLDIER OR CITIZEN was kidnaped these days, but 18 Israeli soldiers were shot and died because Hamas people bombed them, shot them or even sent a DUNKEY WITH EXPLOSIVES weapons towards an Israeli soldiers, and 3 people died from hitting rockets. And guess why the Israeli soldiers are there? To kill them and steal their land. Murderers and invaders can expect to be killed. yes they were the first. Have you turned on the TV and seen the reports about all the dead civilians? Have you been on the Internet? This story is just a development in this ongoing crisis. To say no one bats an eye about dead civilians is exaggerating lol. Perhaps "nobody" was a mild embellishment. It is true Palestine has a dedicated following but the majority of people I've actually seen try to rub it off as if it's nothing. People are purposefully trying to divert attention away from Palestine's side (Even France passed a law barring Palestinian demonstrations). The media also try to paint Israel as the victims. That's what your local anti-Israeli media says. The soldiers are there to destroy the Weapons tunnels that Hamas has established underneath Gaza cities, which reaches under israeli cities. Just this week the Israeli army caught 13 terrorists coming out of a tunnel near an Israeli Kibbutz, with hundreds of weapons and explosives - on their way to make a mega-attack against Israeli citizens. In fact, Gaza people asked for a cease fire agreement for 2 hours to get the injured people out of Gaza, and Israel gave them this cease fire, while Hamas kept shooting rockets towards Israel - while Israel didn't responded. In fact, Israel gave another 5 hours to Gaza people to escape and take the injured people out to a pharmacy that the IDF founded on board between Gaza and Israel. The people that wouldn't have been injured hadn't it been for the fact that Israel exists on THEIR land. I guess Jerusalem isn't so holy for the Hamas if they're willing to launch rockets toward the city Hamas shot at least 5 rockets towards Jerusalem, Hebron and other Palestinian lands in the West Bank 'they were only directed to the terrorists there, no harm intended to anybody or anything else'. Gaza isn't Isreal and Israel isn't Gaza. Just so you know - Palestine was never an independent country. The West bank was part of JORDAN, and Gaza was part of EGYPT.
