Hybrid 13 Posted June 30, 2014 Author Share Posted June 30, 2014 so why did such a state have to be created in the 20th century then if it always belonged to the jews? you mean... someone else lived on this supposed jewish land? well that's what happens. other people end up living in places. no land "always belonged" to anyone. that is an entirely unconvincing argument. no chance does that justify suddenly reclaiming it and causing death and destruction for spurious reasons IF i am to grant that it was once jewish lands. Because this is the Israeli nation's home. We were eliminated from this place all the time, and we returned every time. What if one day someone invaded your home and took it? would you think it's alright since "that's what happens"? and as I said, I DON'T support any kind of war and I'm not going to be in the army in any role that demands me to kill or support someone who kills. Because clearly these 3 kids are more important than all of them. Whether if I agree with this or not, it is not an appropriate thing to say right now. No one was making the kids seem more important than anyone else. This just causes more fire when there is already a huge fire existing. You know the media reports every single move Israel does: Wrong or Right. You know Israel's position today in the world and the hatred and intolerance to the country. Just like if 3 kids from Palestine were killed, you would give them the respect. Give those 3 Israeli teenagers the respect. Like before the holocaust they were everywhere in Europe but after they got their own land??? Israel always belonged to the Jews since always. In 1947, there was the United Nations Partition Plan for "Palestine". The suggestion was two states - arab one and a jew one. The jews accepted the offer, the arabs rejected it and began attacking Israel ("Palestine"). The arabs who lived in Israel were told to leave by their Arab leaders so they won't get hit. The Arabs started the war and they should have considered the implications of the war before starting it. I hope you find this information useful, I'm not being shady or anything, just discussing. :P EDIT: I would also like to stay that I don't think that any war is useful, and I want peace in the middle east like everybody else. But sis I'm not against them, I'm against their government's actions. And they got Killed because of the political conflict and the Palestinians were arrested in masses because of the same conflict, why can't you see this?
