In Europe jews get a lot of hate, and that's a fact. They don't hate YOU. They don't hate Israel as a place. They don't hate Jews. They don't even hate.. They hate the actions of the government, the same hate that you feel for Hamas. Maybe there are 1-2 people who are just stupid and really hate, but they are minority. Here in France, I have only French friends, some even Muslim, and I don't see any kind of hate, I even speak hebrew on the street and nobody cares.. And please, Israel is the most safe place for jews? don't you think it's the biggest ghetto in the world for jews? a little bit risky I think.. Israel and any other country is just a piece of land.. look for what we are fighting for.. when the whole world is open for us to enjoy it.. you are wasting your life on land. So if they are not facing with a life-danger problem, it means that they aren't suffering? There was a show on TV that shows the racism in the U.S. against Jews. It's very easy to hate a group of people when you don't put a face on them. You always here this person saying " I don't really like them, but my friend is a jew, arab, gay whatever and he is "normal" " that clearly show how some people are ignorant. I think River makes a fine point when he says that people don't hate Jews they hate the action of the Israeli government. I have been to Israel, how could I hate the friends I have made there because they happen to be born in a country where there is war? Why would I hate them because of a government that they don't support? However I noticed that some Israelis really feel defensive on every topic. I can understand at some point because of their neighbours countries past but it's not by closing your self down that things will change. I wish you also informed us that the driver was in danger of lynch when the arab crowd gatherd around his car after the accident.
