It's hard to change people when they have been fighting for over 1,000 years. LOL

This is disgusting. What is really wrong with these people? What is even the point anymore?

The problem with your green line is this:

You want more land because your population is expanding, how about the other side and their population? Does it matter at all? Where are they supposed to go?

It's like a bully claiming the playground till he has it all to himself and his friends.

FALSE! The West Bank and The Gaza strip were both parts of Jordan and Eygpt, respectively. There was never an independent political entity that ruled over those territoris before the Palestinain authority was founded.

It is irrelevant and pointless to discuss who were here first and whose more deserveful of this land. Both sites desreves thier own national home to be recognized by each other. Both sites could and should live peacefully by each other in their own countries. The fact is both people are here to say, and for everyone's good we should accept it asap and change our attitude towards each other. Unfortunately, with the recent events taking place over the region (Arab spring and the economical crysis over the world) I don't see how exactly it is going to happen, especially with the current leaderships.

On topic, I feel ashamed as an Israeli citizen and a Jew! it is not our way! I condemn any killing of innocent people and I believe most of my fellows too. I am disgust by those killers and they should be punished for thier horrible crimes!

R.I.P Mohammed, Gilad, Naftali & Eyal.

that premise can only be accepted if you can accept that israel never should've been created on that territory to the detriment of the people who lived there before the israelis began occupying. only then can you move forward and look at the two peoples, because you can't just say an occupying force deserves to live there without justifying it. it's insulting to both palestinians and israelis. time doesn't start right now. there are issues in the past that need to be addressed before you can move forward, otherwise it'll just be like a covering a wound without treating it. over time it will start to fester, and when it explodes it'll be doom and gloom for everyone.

Although the attack here was really cruel and violent and it does indeed look horrible on film, do you guys maybe consider that this 15 years old was also violent or did some illegal action before being attacked?

There is always 2 sides for the coin.

so you're saying that he did something so wrong to the point he had to be beaten this way? couldn't he just be arrested, and end story?

Whatever he did he didn't deserve this. Think about posting

I never said he deserved it

But do you know some Israeli soilders are thrown on rocks from extreme arabs in Israel for just keeping an eye on the area ? Why do they deserve it?

I don't support any violence from any kind, just so you know!

lemme just remind you that the Israeli soldiers are armed and protected. How dangerous is rocks against a body Armor and weapons? And yes they deserve it since they've been invading their land, it's simply a way to defend themselves. A teenager doesn't deserve this beating just for throwing rocks at heavily protected soldiers

How do soilders that aren't even involved in the politics or the government's decisions and are serving the country because of conscription deserve to be hit by rocks?

What you're saying is that it is okay to do some kind of violence to 'innocent' people because in their opinion, they are defending themselves.

Now to your question about how dangerous rocks are, there are plenty of cases that a soilder had to go to hospital because of this.

That's wrong.

I am not supporting any specific side here. What i know is that violence in every case is wrong.

no I'm not I'm saying it's ok to throw rocks at HEAVILY ARMORED SOLDIERS who are INVADING someone else's territory. Those soldiers are occupying Palestine, Palestinians are defending themselves. I don't care if it's because of conscription or not, they still are SOLDIERS

Those soilders are not responsible of the government's decision.

Yes, I think the Israeli Government makes alot of mistakes and so is the Palestinian government.

But what did these soilders that are just keeping an eye on the area do? Why do they deserve to get hurt?

As i said before, there were plenty of cases of Israelis soilders that had to go to hospital because of those rocks. I don't think an Heavy Armor can protect you from 1000 big rocks being thrown on you.

and what about the 15 years old who's trying to push them away? why did he deserve this? Even if he threw rocks they still did a HORRIBLE mistake by beating him that way. THINK a little bit

They are soldiers, it's their job to keep an eye out and it's still their job if they get hurt in the process. Remember those are soldiers, and that's a 15 years old with no armor and only rocks to defend himself.

Doesn't matter. You can go on disscussing history forever now, that won't change anything.

Violence of any kind is horrible and wrong!

no, but if you discuss it now then the problems and concessions and compromises can be made now, before things turn nasty later. just look at any other conflict situation.
