Didymus 34,380
Well, I guess the "Hamas breaks ceasefires" argument is no longer applicable. Israel broke theirs and fired a busy fruit and vegetable market, wounding 160 and killing 15. Combined with other areas, 72 Palestinians were killed yesterday. Hamas accused Israel of manipulating the media by holding cease-fires "except in the areas that hold Israeli soldiers", stating that this means absolutely nothing and that the evacuation of wounded and dead is impossible. darkwolf 590
UNRWA official site http://www.unrwa.org/newsroom/press-releases/unrwa-strongly-condemns-placement-rockets-school http://www.unrwa.org/newsroom/press-releases/unrwa-condemns-placement-rockets-second-time-one-its-schools Hamas it to blame for placing its rockets anywhere near civilian areas. Period. Again, Today, in the course of the regular inspection of its premises, UNRWA discovered rockets hidden in a vacant school in the Gaza Strip Vacant school! And you still didn't answer why Israel decided to bomb the building even if UNRWA has warned them there are 3000 people there, even now after the whole world accuses them of targeting civilians. And what about targeting the power plant? Israel is a terrorist country.
darkwolf 590
The whole conflict is so sad from both sides. I myself do not like to take a side, or at least try and weigh it all. Not sure if this was posted before.... "7 Things to Consider Before Choosing Sides in the Middle East Conflict": http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ali-a-rizvi/post_8056_b_5602701.html Unfortunately that's just another propaganda article by a pro-Israel :( , they don't want people to see what's happening and if they can keep their attention away from this conflict, that's a gain to them. A few years ago, I too didn't understand what's this war about, I thought Israel was peaceful and was being attacked by its neighbors; that was wrong. Also, this conflict doesn't date back to 2005 or the killing of the three Israeli boys, like some want to make us believe, it goes back to decades and decades of Israel denying the Palestinians the right to exist, just look at the list of the UN resolutions regarding the issue and see how many of them condemn Israel, and until now, nothing has been done to stop it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_the_UN_resolutions_concerning_Israel_and_Palestine

UC PiXELVISION 353
then WHAT IS YOUR SOLUTION? KILLING CHILDREN IS NOT THE SOLUTION PERIOD. PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU TYPE SO I DON'T GET MAD BY YOUR IGNORANCE. my solution is to end the attack from both sides, mainly Israel. and giving Palestine proper area to live, and making an agreement of the area divide rightfully. this. Poker 3,770
So, due to the bombing to a church assosiated with Argentina in Gaza, Argentinian goverment has sent to Israeli authorities a note making them responsible for the lives of Argentinian cilvilians and civilians related to humanitarian work. Also, Argentina is sending food and water by request of Argentinians living there, who expressed they have no access to drinking water, food or electricity. Kindness rules all. Israel had no intention to target the power plant, in fact, it is supplying Gaza with electricity for no charge. :)

darkwolf 590
Israel had no intention to target the power plant, in fact, it is supplying Gaza with electricity for no charge. :) Really? Is this why electricity is down to 0 hours a day in some areas, and 2 hours max? Even the UN now says Israel deliberately defies the law and targets infrastructures and Un installations. Also, I remind you that Israel officially denied it was IDF who bombed the UNRWA school the other day, you should align with the official propaganda ;) http://www.nytimes.com/2014/07/31/world/middleeast/un-says-evidence-points-to-israel-in-gaza-school-attack.html?_r=0 And don't tell me there rockets there, because if Israel really considers Hamas to be a terrorist organization, why would you expect them to respect the law? There you go, you lose your simplistic argument. How come the Jews accepted the partition plan if they were denying the Palestinians the right to exist? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7Mupoo1At8 Why so many people hate Israel? I wonder why? As for the partition plan, the Arabs were against the establishment of a "jewish state" since the 1920s, they wanted a mulriconfessional state AND the import of jews to Palestine to stop, they estimated that Palestine doesn't have to pay for the crimes committed against the jews in Europe. But decades have passed now, what did Israel do to support establish a Palestinian state?
