Its a place where dictatorships from all over the world are able to blame democracies for violations of human rights. 90% of those yes-voting countries are experts with violating human rights. No wonder we can't progress as a whole, because of religious/political conflicts like these. Religion should just die already. A lot of the worlds issues are political with religion being used as an elaborate facade. You are talking about Syria and Iraq right? 700 people died in Syria this week, and you said nothing! Their blood is not good enough for you? Is the Palestinian blood is better than the Syrian blood for you? or is it because Israel that you hate so much didn't kill them? If you really care about human rights and peace, please give news from everywhere in the world, and not only about Israel. Probabaly Palestine would be the same if there were no Jews there. Unless it was lucky enough to have a military dictatorship like Egypt (who hate Hamas too).
