Everyone knows that the ottoman empire used to controll all that area before WW I, and most of Israelis were actually brought from Europe and other places since the 30s. Jews were living in Israel since forever (even during diaspora years) and Jerusalem became holy for them long before Islam was even created. Historical rights to Israel are owned by Jews since they were the first to establish their ancient kingdoms over this piece of land, and that's exactly the reason why thousands of Jews came back mainly after Holocaust happend in Europe and as the British forces left Mandatory Palestine. Recognizing the local population right have their national home, the Jews accepted the UN partition plan, which was declined by Arab leaders that decided to attack the new-born Jewish state, resulting an ugly war that occasionally continue till these days. That being said, there is no current chance of Jews "fading back" to where they came from, therefore such discussions are pointless and are not going to help the situation. I don't want to restrict any posting of news, I just honestly believe that one, organized thread with all the updates and information directly in the first post is more practical and understandable for everyone on the forum instead of all these scattered threads made for every little update that is found In the end, people who want to read and keep up with these news items, are better off reading a chronological presentation of important events than try to obtain a comprehensive view from 20+ threads (and their discussions, which are often as valuable and informative as the news item itself). Just my idea. I happen to be very passionate about this subject, so it wasn't meant as an attack. You know that's not how things work around here. We still get weekly thread on how people would have done promo a year ago for ARTPOP or what single people would have released for TFM or BTW! :roll: There has to be hundreds of threads in the last year on why Gaga is a flop. I don't know why there are so many threads allowed on a daily basis on the same subject, but it is the way it is. Oh GazaDaily How many times are you going to make this comment? Some researchers even say there was never a jewish kingdom at all, everything was invented by Israel and its allies to steal Palestine. I do try and put it on MSNBC and other networks so I am not hearing just one side. I have always been on Israel’s side though. They have been pushed. They have the capability to blow Gaza off of the MAP and they always choose to ignore the harassment and taunts. It’s like a bully picking at a kid before he snaps.Go Israel. Handle your business. If it were the U.S. we would do exactly the SAME.I think.. I mean we do have Obama who could give a rats butt unless he’s out and about fundraising. Now THIS (the bolded part) I agree with, because realistically Israel's government and its people are not going to uproot everything and leave.
