Well, all those updates are crowding up the World News section and they generally don't even attract a lot of replies, until someone makes a flamebait comment about who's to blame and a whole off-topic guilt debate arises I think one update is better for a lot of reasons. If you want to avoid reality, you are welcome to, but don't restrict others from posting news. That's not what I meant. I don't want to restrict any posting of news, I just honestly believe that one, organized thread with all the updates and information directly in the first post is more practical and understandable for everyone on the forum instead of all these scattered threads made for every little update that is found In the end, people who want to read and keep up with these news items, are better off reading a chronological presentation of important events than try to obtain a comprehensive view from 20+ threads (and their discussions, which are often as valuable and informative as the news item itself).
