That would be silly, immature and beyond ridiculous. Tony is almost 90, has 17 Grammys to his name, countless other Lifetime Achievement Awards, and has worked with hundreds of the best musicians and vocalists over the past 60 years, or so.

The man adores Gaga, thinks she is supremely talented and he has MORE than earned the right to his musical opinions!

I think it's unfair for everyone to think just because Tony made a few remarks shading PopGa she's going to drop it all together. I think it's great that she's doing something she has such a passion for and with someone she truly admires, but I don't think that means she's going to become Sinatra. If she wants to make more jazz, great--but I think that she'll always be "JazzGa" and "PopGa" instead of one over the other, just like how it is right now.

I think it's unfair to think that everyone thinks she's not gonna be PopGa any more from something maybe 2-3 fans have posted. I haven't seen many anyone saying they think she's not ever going to do pop music again. ;)

If C2C doesn't flop as bad as ARTPOP did commercially who knows, she might dump us for the more lucrative genre. Whichever it may be.

I'm not really excited for this album tbh. I like Jazz, but I was hoping for more amazing pop music from Gaga since there isn't much amazing new pop out there right now besides Pills N Potions. Tony's Elvis comment is still making me cringe everytime I think of C2C.

She was never loved by everyone though.

She was just actually exciting back then. She hasn't been exciting during the ARTPOP era.

I'm not hyped at all. I find Jazz a boring genre. I feel even in pop music you can here Gaga has good vocals. Like Bad Romance. TEOG. Marry The Night. BTW. What does she need to prove? And for who?

I'd skip this album in a heartbeat for ACT II.

But at least we're getting something.
