Because depending on who you ask, she's not declining. Some people prefer her now over her during TF era. Some people think ARTPOP is her best work. Some people understand that having a hit on the charts doesn't necessarily mean it's any good. It means nothing. Some people think artRAVE is her best tour. Her fame has certainly decayed a bit but as a person and as a musician/artist, some people think she's better. 

It's all preference though.

Gaga is declining because she doesn't have a cohesive vision right now, she abandoned ARTPOP, abandoned the DWUW video, fired her successful team, doesn't seem to have the ambition she had previous years while drew people to her, made a good although dated in sound EDM album, isn't promoting her work, isn't being the business woman she was in past efforts, and seems a bit preoccupied instagramming her dog rather than being Lady Gaga, the larger than life pop star out to take over the world.

The only reason Lady Gaga is declining is because of bad management, shady radio rations and media hate.

 

1) Bad Management - Applause leaked, ARTPOP leaked, DWUW trended with no promo then they wasted money and time making a video for it to never be released, G.U.Y. had a serious lack of promotion, and basically we are left with two singles from her so far - Applause and G.U.Y. which have some of her ****tiest music videos to line up with them. I know we think Gaga creates everything and she's some magical being, but her team creates a lot of what we love and she has alienated her OG team and brought in a failhard team which is seriously trolling her popularity and success atm.

 

2) Shady Radio Stations - CAN'T TELL YOU how many times I called and requested Applause, DWUW and G.U.Y. from my local radio stations in Orlando, FL. They used to play her all the time and she was loved so much. Now they refuse to play her music. I mean I called and know of at least 5 other people who called the same stations and we all requested Gaga and they hardly ever played her. It really seemed like an organized way to get her on the radio but make sure her singles don't chart. Conspiracy? Probably, but, idk it just felt really shady, all across the country.

 

3) Media Hate - The current trend is to hate on Gaga. It's been that way since she was massively overplayed during the BTW-era. It's been that way since she lost credibility with the GP on her music and influences. Since she used the gays to climb to success and then forced their agenda down the GP throat (at least in GP's eyes). 

 

You can see in her previous work how her Fame album started slow but sold millions eventually as she came to a head with #1's JD, LG, PF and Papa. People where hyped going into TFM by TF and also a lot of fans never heard of her and liked the chance to get both CD's as one. They are still considered to be one studio album by most. TF/TFM carried her into BTW. There was no way BTW wasn't going to sell a ****load of records right out of the gate, she was #1 everywhere and it was rushed out to the public. 

 

That's where things went downhill tho. The album wasn't as catchy as her previous work, it had far to deep of a message and a message some disagreed with, and the lead track outshadowed every other single she just kept throwing out there. From Judas - You & I - nobody remembers those songs. And no one will remember Applause/G,U,Y,/ARTPOP either - because the GP has now been trained by the media to dislike her, there are people unknown working to keep her off the radio and charts to bolster other stars and there are terrible fools in her management (and she too is foolish for allowing it to go this far).

 

But, she will make a "comeback" to the GP some day. When there is someone funner to hate. In my eyes tho, she hasn't declined at all - ARTPOP is an amazing album and I really wish Act II would get dropped. I saw her opening night of ArtRAVE and she slayed it. She's happier than ever with Taylor and doesn't need to be the figure she used to be anymore. She can take chances at this point in her career because there aren't as many people staring. ARTPOP still sold better than most of her counterparts WITH the media hate, WITH the bad management, WITH the radio hate. She's still the queen.

Agreed. What is with that ****ing dog. I follow you on Facebook for your MUSIC updates. I mean alright the dog was cute at first, but jfc I don't need a new pic daily Gaga. How bout a new pic of you daily instead? WTF?

Currently Gaga has just a messy era I don't she is over yet. But I do admit that she fell a bit.
