Practices already in use by conventional money grubbing record labels like Capitol? Gaga should do it when and IF she has some sort if plan to revolutionize the music industry. I played with the thought of Gaga launching her own record label for weeks actually - before I found out that Katy's gonna do it. I gave her as an example because it's current.
