She's obviously nowhere near to being bigger than Elvis, but she has definitely earned a big place in music industry history and marked 'a before and after' Gaga in the bussiness! She's her art, her music and herself and I'm pretty sure that's enough for her. He didn't say that Gaga will be the next Elvis though.
