I think that if Gaga released it this way, she could release a jazz single to jazz radio, a pop single to pop radio and maybe a hip hop song to urban radio. The album would sell very well. And if its released in 2015 Gaga will hae enough time to promote the album and I don't think by artists will be releasing. If Gaga and Tony do some promo performances together it would be great for the album. Maybe she could do what she did in 2010 except with Tony. That is not fair to either records. And will only happen if the label make bundle like they did to Born This Way and Monster Ball DVD. I'm sure it would've smashed on urban. 3 popular rappers and a catchy chorus. That doesn't solve the problem, and we would have no guarantee that audiences would respond well to it. I'm sure they would. If Gaga releases a catchy fun single to pop and an interesting jazz duet with Tony to whoever plays jazz music then I'm sure they'd get good reception and of course there's always emergency payola. It would be too messy trying to promote all 3 at the same time. Totally not Gaga's style.
