Should Gaga re-consider the theme of the decay of the blonde star?

I am soooo here for a revenge album! An unappoligetic, take-no-prisoners, fearless, fighter style album of self empowerment. She could do a lot with it. You could have some fierce dance tracks, pop rock anthems, etc. It would be a great way to say F-you to the haters and those that used/abused her and proclaim (or reclaim) her in-your-face awesomeness to the world. I want a b*tchy, diva Queenga to make a grand appearance (minus any twitter wars or specific artist bashing). "Thought you were getting rid of me? Instead I'm back with a vegence!" type attitude. No one and nothing could touch her. I would also be cool with seeing her collab with other singers that have similar attitudes. Maybe Nicki or Pink?

To me that would be a very entertaining album/era. It would be a great "comeback" I think, but I am a little tired of the "fame" type themes. Just me though.

I completely agree. I'd just love her next album to be a huge 'F-you' to everybody, with amazing songs that make everyone eat their words. I feel like her confidence has been knocked massively in the past year or so, and I want her to return to form. I believe she still has that "bite" in her, she just needs to unleash it at the right moment.

I love judas SO MUCH but I canʹt look like a copycat of JLO!!!!

for me ARTPOP has more elements of  her relationship with fans and Taylor and the price of being famous instead of the art and pop theme.

Songs that deal with fame and her relationships after she's famous include: GUY, DWUW, Donatella, Gypsy, Dope, Applause

Cause once you let it go you better know it's gone

The decay of THE pop star is so so ARTPOP tho...

Some of the music has just been sooo i dunno how to explain this, created as if it was a pop star having a meltdown ala b spears or even mariah carey.

Including weird collabos (r kelly) weird strange lyrics (very blackout b spears) , d--g confessions (most pop stars downfall) , etc...also with all the controversy with managers and lashing out Ro going back and forth on her own statements

Not to forget the failed DWUW which seems deliberate at this point...

I dunno...i think shes in a weirs point in time and ARTPOP is such the perfect album for her persona to be Ambigious...after ARTPOP could mean anything....

I'm not going to lie, I feel like she has done enough with the concept of fame. I would rather her move onto new concepts, but I'm her fan regardless.

I like the theme

But for this era? To save it? No, bro. After artRave finishes, this era ends.

Save the theme for future releases.

I think that's more of an ongoing theme that she's consistently referenced throughout her career and something I don't doubt she'll continue to do, but I don't think that she'll do a whole album of it and I'm ok with that, I don't think she needs to cover it in a whole album.

No, it's a crappy, boring concept. The reality of her "decay" has been depressing enough as it is. I don't want a whole doom-and-gloom album about it.  :coffee:

I'm hoping the next album theme revolves around a more interesting concept like betrayal or revenge. Something with a bit more bite. She needs to come back like a bad b---h, not a self-pitying whiner.

THIS.

That's a theme she's explored throughout her career, from Paparazzi to DWUW.

I think there's a lot of other directions she could go in... inspired by spirituality, nature, depression, love...

Also, the G.U.Y. video is about the decay as well--we see she's been taken advantage of and rises at the end.

So yes, i think the decay of the blonde star was pretty much a theme for her performances/videos and would rather her explore another theme with her next album. or maybe no theme at all.

I don't think so, at all
