Her team who is needed to change her will be escorted by security to that part of the stage probably just as she is finishing Donatella (if you look during videos, that part of the stage nearest the seating part isn't crowded, its easy enough access for her team) The clothing will already be under the stage when the show starts so that they dont need to run around the whole arena with it. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

They probably even have a screen so they can watch the show/she what's going on. This. It's not uncommon for members of the technical crew to spend some or all of a show "trapped" in an isolated part of the stage. I think it's doubtful she does the costume change by herself. There is, or ARE, some assistants in the chamber under stage B the whole time. If you think about it, most venues are just oval and their main body above ground only holds the seating stage and minimal space. There has to be underground space to house all of the **** that comes along with concerts. If you think about stadiums also and football games, when they come out onto the pitch, they come from underground up stairs usually. I imagine it's the same for all venues.
