GALAXY I find it hard to believe my eyes It’s almost as if we’ve come one with the skies Always looking for a place to hide But now we’ve found our home in the air Helium deep in the pit of our lungs One more breath and for sure we’ll be done When the sun and the cosmos unite as one We come out to play in the mid-summers flare We’re one step closer to the stars Our heart beats fast, Our blood pumps hard Chasing rockets and shooting stars Deep in the galaxy without a single care But we’ve turned our backs toward the sun The daylights gone The night has won The Dawn is calling We’ve no choice but to run Cuz anywhere in the world Is better than here Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
