However, the album version is flawless and I prefer the album version over the demo. Mainly because the demo has neither the flawless pre-chorus, nor the second verse, and her voice sounds cute ut not as powerful and impactful as in the album version. It's just hipster nonsense most of the time, they just want to have something to listen to that casual fans don't know about. But in this case the demo actually is more interesting then the final cut that made the record. Mary Jane Holland as it is on ARTPOP is straight up "filler", it doesn't add to the record at all. This demo shows it had a lot of potential though. God knows why she ditched the killer intro and outro. Gotta honor that vomit Gags. I'm sorry but when people call a song "filler" it makes it sound like she threw the song together last minute and tossed it onto the album...
